Leroy Witherspoon (President)
"Spoon" began umpiring in 1995. A graduate of St. Louis Country Day School. Has worked Youth baseball, High School baseball & softball, Legion,RBI and College. Played college ball at Monmouth College and semi-pro ball for Troy Dodgers in Troy, MO. Awarded 2007 James Whiteside Award for Officials. Inducted into the St. Louis Amatuer Baseball Hall Of Fame in 2015.

Marvin Witherspoon (Board of Directors)
Began umpiring baseball in 2001. He graduated from Northwest HS, Legion baseball with Mathews-Dickey and college baseball for Florrisant Valley College. In college he set the record for most home runs in a season. He umpired the 2011 High School Senior All-Star game at Busch Stadium. Has worked the RBI Central Regional Championships 2011-2013

Dr. Pernell Witherspoon (Board of Directors)
Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Lindenwood University, Pernell has been umpiring youth baseball for several years. He also played Legion and college baseball for Southeast Missouri State. He was a member of SEMO's 1987 League Champion football team. |

Has umpired for more than 20 years and is ASA certified. Serves as UIC and basketball referee for Athletic Boys Club in St. Ann. Has worked the RBI Central Regional Championships 2011-2013

Andy Roscoe (Graphic Artist)
Began umpiring in 1996. He has experience working Little League, USSSA, Babe Ruth, High School baseball and softball, Mens League, and American Legion in the cities of Viburnum, Springfield, and St. Louis, Mo. He also played baseball up to the high school varsity level, and was awarded the All-Conference honor his junior year. While in college, he attended Baseball Theory taught by College World Series attending - Missouri State coach, Keith Guttin.

Has umpired for 7 yrs. vision I, II, III NCAA and NJCAA baseball at the collegiate level, umpired MSHSAA, American Legion, and SLABA at the High School level in baseball. Worked district playoffs for MSHSAA. Worked the FBL 52+ championship game at Whitey Herzog Field.
Has attended the Mid American Umpire Clinic in Springfield, MO.
